Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract in Oregon, requiring ARRT or ARMRIT certification and active Oregon licensure with Epic EMR experience.
Details
- Hospital-based MRI department
- 3x12-hour day shifts from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- Friday shifts run 9:00 AM to 9:30 PM, with Saturday and Sunday shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM
- Epic EMR — experience required, no exceptions
- May float to a nearby sister hospital
Requirements
- ARRT (MRI) or ARMRIT certification required
- Active Oregon Board of Medical Imaging (OBMI) license required — no pending licenses accepted; temporary license is acceptable
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
- 1-2 years of experience as an RT, RDMS, or CNMT required
- Proficiency with state-of-the-art MRI equipment, computer systems, film processors, and related technical devices
- Epic EMR experience required
- COVID vaccination required — no exemptions
- License required if applicable

- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Local candidates are accepted at the same rates — no radius restriction
- RTO requests are strict and must be submitted upfront; additional RTO requests after submission may result in cancellation
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility must have been away for at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
- Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred
