Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) / Stepdown position at a Level 1 trauma center, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and a KS or compact RN license.

Details

• Night shift position with hours from 19:00–07:30
• 13-week travel contract
• Stepdown / PCU unit within a Level 1 trauma center
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities

Requirements

• Active KS or compact RN license required
• Minimum of 2 years of RN experience required
• BLS certification required (must be AHA-issued)
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification required
• MOAB Moderate Risk De-Escalation Training required
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration

Additional Information

• Position is located within a Level 1 trauma center
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be eligible at a different rate depending on distance from the facility
• COVID vaccination is not required by this facility
