Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) position at a Level 1 trauma center, requiring a KS or compact RN license and 2 years of stepdown experience.
Details
- Stepdown Unit within a Level 1 trauma center
- 13-week assignment
- Night shift schedule from 19:00 to 07:30
- Every other weekend required
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active KS or compact RN license required
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA)
- Minimum 2 years of relevant nursing experience required
- Nursys license verification completed within 30 days prior to start
- Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start
Additional Information
- Facility is a designated Level 1 trauma center
- Must have a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
- Radius rule applies, allowing local candidates at a reduced pay rate
- COVID vaccination is not required
