Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Stepdown Intermediate Care position in Wichita, KS, requiring a valid KS or compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.

Details

• Stepdown Intermediate Care unit within a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Charting via Cerner OneChart
• Floating may be required to like units on the same campus or another campus within Wichita
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active KS RN license or valid compact RN license
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA-issued)
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address
• Two professional references required
• Copy of Driver's License required for consideration
• Full Social Security Number and date of birth required for consideration

Additional Information

• Ceil blue scrubs required
• Holiday commitment required
• Local candidates are accepted; however, candidates residing within the facility's radius may be subject to a reduced pay rate
• NIH Certification and MOAB De-Escalation Training are part of the credentialing process
