Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week LTC/SNF travel assignment in Davenport, IA, requiring a BSN and a minimum of 2 years of experience.
Details
- Long-term care and skilled nursing facility (LTC/SNF) setting
- Post-acute care environment
- 12-hour night shifts
- Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
- Computerized charting system in use
Requirements
- Active Iowa or Compact RN license, active at time of consideration — pending licenses not accepted
- BSN required
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required — no exceptions
- Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)
- COVID vaccination required
- 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months, and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years — must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire
- Valid driver's license required
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles are accepted at a different rate
- LTC/SNF nursing experience strongly recommended given the post-acute care setting
