Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a large skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA, with new graduates welcome and mentorship available.

Details

Large skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Monterey County, CA
Flex schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
13-week contract
May require floating to a sister facility within walking distance

Requirements

Active CA OT license required (or in process under the 60-Day Rule); license required if applicable
BLS/BCLS certification required
SNF experience preferred; new graduates are welcome
Strong documentation and time-management skills
Flexible and collaborative mindset

Additional Information

Evaluate and treat SNF patients across a variety of cases
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
Complete clinical documentation in Net Health per facility standards
Mentorship is available for newer clinicians

That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
