Description

American Traveler is hiring a Travel Occupational Therapist (OT) for a large skilled nursing facility in Monterey County, CA, with new graduates welcome and mentorship available.

Details

  • Large skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Monterey County, CA
  • Flex schedule: Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday
  • 13-week contract
  • May require floating to a sister facility within walking distance

Requirements

  • Active CA OT license required (or in process under the 60-Day Rule); license required if applicable
  • BLS/BCLS certification required
  • SNF experience preferred; new graduates are welcome
  • Strong documentation and time-management skills
  • Flexible and collaborative mindset

Additional Information

  • Evaluate and treat SNF patients across a variety of cases
  • Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team
  • Complete clinical documentation in Net Health per facility standards
  • Mentorship is available for newer clinicians

That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
