Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring prior travel experience, Epic proficiency, and a valid WI or compact RN license.

Details

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of an inpatient hospital setting
• Patient population includes laboring patients, postpartum mothers, and newborns
• Night shift schedule: 4x12-hour shifts (19:00–07:00)
• Every other weekend required
• On-call required during low census shifts
• May be required to float to other units to assist as a sitter or helping hands
• Epic EMR experience required

Requirements

• Active WI RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications: BLS and NRP required; AWHONN Intermediate preferred
• Minimum 2 years of L&D experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Experience in labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn care required
• Epic EMR proficiency required
• 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

• Provide nursing care across the continuum of labor, delivery, postpartum, and newborn patients
• Scrubs are provided by the facility
• Candidates must reside more than 70 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
