Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring 2+ years of Cath Lab experience and active MD or Compact RN licensure.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab setting within a hospital environment
- Day shift, 10-hour shifts scheduled 7:00 AM–5:30 PM or 8:00 AM–6:30 PM
- Four 10-hour shifts per week, 40 hours per week
- On-call required approximately every 4th weekend (one weekend per month) plus 1–2 weekday on-call days per month
- 30-minute response time required from initiation of call to arrival on site
- Holiday coverage on a rotation basis
- Epic EMR used
Requirements
- Active MD or Compact RN license required
- Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
- Minimum 2 years of current Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
- Experience at a comparable facility size (500+ bed facility experience required for large academic medical center placements)
- Epic EMR experience required
- SSN and DOB required for consideration
- One professional reference required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted at the same bill rate
- Provide specialized cardiac catheterization nursing care in a fast-paced procedural lab environment
