Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with outpatient orthopedics experience for a 13-week contract at a Critical Access Hospital in Aberdeen, SD.

Details

• Outpatient care setting at a Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
• Services provided at the Aberdeen location and at outreach sites
• Patient population focused on outpatient orthopedics
• Approximately 8 patients per day
• 10-hour day shifts, Tuesday through Friday
• Epic EMR used for charting

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of physical therapy experience required
• Outpatient orthopedics experience required
• Active PT license required; license required if applicable
• Current BLS certification required
• Epic EMR experience preferred
• 2 professional references required: 1 supervisor reference from within the last 12 months of relevant experience, and 1 peer or supervisor reference from the position's specialty within the last 3 years

Additional Information

• Candidates who have previously worked at any Sanford Health location must have an end date at least 6 months prior to their application date
• All clinicians are required to badge in and out at the facility
• Scrub colors accepted: Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, or Chocolate Brown polo; business casual attire is also acceptable
• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are eligible to apply
