Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position at a Level III high-risk facility in New Jersey, requiring ACLS, BLS, and NRP certifications with a minimum of 2.5 years of experience.

Details

• Work in the Labor & Delivery unit of a Level III high-risk hospital
• May float to the HROB unit as needed, which includes 16 rooms caring for early inductions, antepartum, and patients on continuous monitoring
• Floating required across up to 5 hospital locations within skillset (Voorhees, Marlton, Mt. Holly, Willingboro, and OLOL)
• Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required
• Block scheduling is not allowed
• Epic EMR — experience preferred
• Scrubs provided by the hospital

Requirements

• Active NJ RN license (NJ or Compact) required prior to consideration
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and NRP
• Minimum 2.5 years of Labor & Delivery RN experience required
• COVID-19 vaccine required — no exemptions
• Flu vaccine required — no exemptions
• Two current professional references required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are eligible but subject to a local pay rate
• All requested RTO must be submitted at time of profile submission — RTO requests after submission will not be accepted
• Must pass a Dysrhythmia test within 72 hours of signing; only 2 attempts are allowed
• The Dysrhythmia test must be completed on a PC — iOS devices are not compatible and will result in a failed attempt
• Failure to pass the Dysrhythmia test within the allotted time or after two failed attempts will result in contract cancellation and DNR status with the hospital system
