Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position in a rural Nebraska community hospital setting, requiring a Nebraska or Compact RN license and at least 1 year of experience.
Details
- Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a rural community hospital setting
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
- 13-week contract assignment
Requirements
- Active NE or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Required certifications: BLS, PALS, NRP, and NIHSS Stroke Scale
- ACLS preferred
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program
- Valid Driver's License required
- TNCC certification required within the first two years of employment
Additional Information
- Rural healthcare experience preferred
- Electronic Health Records (EHR) experience preferred
- All time off and scheduling requests must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration
- 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
