Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of experience for an evening shift contract at an adult acute care facility, with GE equipment experience required.

Details

  • Work setting includes adult acute care, ER, and ICU environments
  • 5x8 evening shifts, Monday through Friday from 1:00 PM to 9:30 PM
  • No weekend or on-call requirements
  • Charts using Epic EMR
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of MRI Tech experience required
  • Current BLS and ARRT or ARMRIT certification required
  • GE MRI equipment experience required
  • Experience in adult acute care settings, including ER and ICU
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • License required if applicable
  • First-time travelers will not be considered for this position

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I always knew what the next step was, i never felt like i was left in the dark. One of my favorite things has been how communicative everyone is. Whether it’s my recruiter, Amanda, or Iranna from payroll, I always get a quick response when I have a question. It’s nice working with a team that actually follows up and keeps you in the loop. Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
