Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week night shift travel assignment in a Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility setting, requiring active NE or compact licensure and PCC experience.

Details

• LTC/SNF (Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility) post-acute care setting
• Patient population consists primarily of long-term care residents with some short-term rehabilitation cases
• 88-bed facility
• Night shift: 6:00 PM – 6:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Charting system: PointClickCare (PCC)
• No on-call or call-back responsibilities

Requirements

• Active NE or compact RN license, must be active and in hand at time of consideration (pending licensure not accepted)
• Current BLS certification required (copies of active certifications required; pending certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required — no exceptions
• A valid driver's license is required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, each including dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates residing within 80 miles of the facility are eligible to apply but qualify for a reduced local pay rate
• Location-specific orientation is provided
• LPNs will not be considered for this RN position
