Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with inpatient acute care experience and at least one prior travel assignment completed for a 13-week acute care hospital position with day shifts and no call or float requirements.
Details
- Inpatient acute care hospital setting
- Day shift schedule, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM (5x8s); Friday start time may flex to support PACU discharge coverage
- One weekend day required per month, with a compensatory weekday off provided
- No call and no float requirements
Requirements
- Active MD PT license required (no pending licenses accepted); license required if applicable
- Current BLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of inpatient acute care PT experience required
- At least one prior travel assignment must have been completed
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include inpatient physical therapy evaluation and treatment in an acute care setting
- Occasional coverage support for PACU patient discharges on Fridays
- 2 professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
