Description

American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for a 13-week travel contract at a Level III Trauma Center in Washington State, requiring national MRI registry and WA State DOH MRI Certification.

Details

• Short-term acute care hospital setting at a Level III Trauma Center with 104 staffed beds
• MRI unit with a 1:1 patient ratio
• Day shifts, 4x10 hours (12:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
• Weekends are not required
• On-call is required, including shared weekday nights and possible rotating weekend coverage
• Charting system: Epic (required)
• No parking fee

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI Technologist experience
• ARRT (MRI) or equivalent national registry certification in MRI required
• WA State DOH MRI Certification required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• License required if applicable
• At least 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• First-time travelers will be considered for this position
• All travelers are expected to float between facilities within the state; refusal to float may result in termination of assignment
• Former permanent staff must wait at least 3 months before returning as a traveler and must reside more than 50 miles from the facility
• Minimal RTO is strongly preferred for this position
• Scrubs of any color are accepted
