Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced OR RN for a surgical oncology-focused Operating Room position in New Jersey, requiring 2 years of trauma experience and Epic proficiency.

Details

• Stand-alone cancer center OR unit with onsite lab, central sterile processing (CSP), EVS, and a dedicated turnover team
• Surgical oncology patient population
• Evening shift, 5x8 hours (15:00–23:30), Monday through Friday
• No weekends or holidays required
• Floating to the Main OR at a connected New Brunswick campus (accessible via pedestrian bridge) is required
• Da Vinci Xi Surgical System (DV5 Robotics) used in this unit
• Epic EMR — experience required
• Scrubs are provided by the facility

Requirements

• Active NJ or Compact RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Level I or II trauma experience required
• BLS required; ACLS and CNOR highly preferred
• Circulator role required; scrub experience highly preferred
• Epic EMR experience required
• Da Vinci Xi / DV5 Robotics experience required
• SSN and DOB required for consideration
• Two current professional references required
• Two current professional references required for consideration

• Former RWJBH employees (full-time or PRN) must have been separated from the health system for a minimum of 1 year before being eligible for a travel assignment
