Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Telemetry position requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent MS/Tele experience and active CO or compact RN license.

Details

• Position is in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Patient ratio is 1:6
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (18:00–06:30)
• On-call requirement of 2 shifts per month, which may fall on days or nights depending on unit needs
• Pyxis medication system in use
• Amrita is the EMR/documentation system used on the unit
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active CO RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current certifications required: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience
• Experience in MS/Tele, Cardiac Tele, or general Telemetry settings required
• 2 professional supervisor references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
• Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
