Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a combined Obstetrics/Med-Surg position requiring Iowa or Compact RN licensure and night shift availability with every third weekend requirement.
Details
- Hospital-based position covering Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and recovery
- Nurses are expected to float to the Med-Surg floor when there are no obstetric patients
- Night shift schedule with every third weekend required
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active Iowa (IA) or Compact RN license currently in hand
- Required certifications include: NRP, PALS, BLS/BCLS, and ACLS
- Active RN license in good standing required
Additional Information
- Responsibilities include providing nursing care across Labor & Delivery, postpartum, and recovery, as well as Med-Surg when OB census is low
- DOB and SSN may be required for consideration
