Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist (X-Ray) with 2+ years of experience and ARRT (R) certification for a 13-week travel assignment.

Details

• Hospital-based radiology/cardiology X-Ray setting
• Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (schedule may be adjusted based on manager needs)
• Weekend work required on an as-needed basis
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of X-Ray/Radiology experience required; 3+ years preferred
• Current ARRT (R) certification required (strictly enforced)
• Valid driver's license required
• License required if applicable
• At least one completed prior travel assignment required; first-time travelers are not accepted unless they have 3+ years of experience (strictly enforced)
• Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible

Additional Information

• All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed at the time of initial consideration and will not be approved if not submitted upfront
• Former permanent employees or internal associate travelers must have been separated from the facility for at least one year before being eligible to return as a traveler
• If end-of-year holidays fall within the assignment period, travelers are expected to work 2 of 3 holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's); if only 2 holidays fall within the assignment, at least 1 must be worked
• Block scheduling requests cannot be accommodated
