Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Endoscopy Unit assignment requiring BLS, ACLS, and Epic EMR experience with no weekends, call, or holidays.

Details

  • Work is performed in a hospital-based Endoscopy Unit
  • Shifts are 10-hour days (0700-1730) or 8-hour days (0800-1630), with specific shift assignment discussed during interview
  • No weekend, on-call, or holiday requirements
  • 40 hours per week
  • Epic EMR is used

Requirements

  • Active NY RN license required
  • Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
  • Current ACLS certification required
  • Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
  • Epic EMR experience required
  • Candidates must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I always knew what the next step was, i never felt like i was left in the dark. One of my favorite things has been how communicative everyone is. Whether it’s my recruiter, Amanda, or Iranna from payroll, I always get a quick response when I have a question. It’s nice working with a team that actually follows up and keeps you in the loop. Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
