Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a PCU (Progressive Care Unit) position requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience and prior travel nursing experience, working night shifts at a hospital in Texas.

Details

• Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at a hospital setting
• Position primarily supports Med/Surg with floating required
• Night shift schedule: 3x12 or 4x12 hours (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 84 hours scheduled biweekly
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active TX RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Epic EMR experience strongly preferred
• 2 supervisor references from within the last 3 years of employment required for consideration

Additional Information

• All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of initial consideration or prior to offer acceptance
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted
• Facility conducts its own drug screen upon arrival, including testing for marijuana and CBD products — a positive result results in automatic cancellation with no exceptions
