Description

American Traveler is seeking a Maternal Fetal Ultrasound Technologist with OB/GYN experience and ARDMS certification for a 13-week travel contract.

Details

• Maternal Fetal Ultrasound unit in an acute care hospital setting
• Maternal fetal and OB patient population
• 4x10 hour day shifts, Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM
• Day off during the week may vary based on unit staffing needs
• No weekends, holidays, or on-call requirements
• No floating requirements within the unit; however, travelers may be expected to float between facilities within the state
• Epic EMR required

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of maternal fetal and OB ultrasound experience
• Current BLS, NT, and ARDMS OB/GYN certifications required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Active professional license required if applicable
• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• Minimum of 2 supervisory references covering 1 year of employment within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty or setting
• Full SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

• 13-week contract includes 2–4 weeks of unit orientation
• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• All candidates will be interviewed by the hiring manager
• RTO requests of 3 days or fewer are preferred
• Former permanent employees of this facility must have been separated for at least 3 months before being eligible to return as a traveler; former permanent staff of other Providence (non-Swedish) facilities may be eligible with a 3-month separation
• Refusal to float between facilities within the state may result in assignment termination
