Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Newborn Nursery position at an acute care facility, requiring NICU Level 2 experience and night shift availability.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting in a Newborn Nursery (NBN) unit
- Unit has 8 Level II Special Care Nursery (SCN) beds with approximately 800 births per year
- 24/7 Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) and Neonatology coverage available on unit
- Charting system: Allscripts
- 12-hour night shifts (1800–0630)
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active AZ or Compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of SCN/NICU experience required, with NICU Level 2 experience preferred
- Required certifications: BLS (AHA), NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program), and STABLE
