Description
American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift Cardiac Post Procedural overflow unit position requiring an active AL or compact RN license and floating capability.
Requirements
- Active RN license - State of Alabama or Compact (no temporary licenses accepted)
- Associate degree in nursing required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or Red Cross)
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, though 18 months may be considered if working at the highest level of professional license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in the specialty required
Additional Information
- Care for patients on a Cardiac Post Procedural overflow unit
- Every other weekend required
- Holiday coverage required as assigned
- Local candidates welcome with no mileage radius restrictions
- Solid navy scrubs required per facility dress code
- Uses Meditech EMR, though prior experience is not required for consideration
