Description

American Traveler is seeking a Med/Surg RN for a night shift travel assignment requiring a compact or AL RN license and at least 1 year of recent experience.

Details

• Hospital-based Medical/Surgical unit assignment (Unit/Floor 6)
• Night shift schedule from 6:45 PM to 7:15 AM
• Every other weekend required
• Patient ratio of 6 to 1
• 13-week contract assignment
• Cerner EMR experience preferred

Requirements

• Active Compact or Alabama (AL) RN license required
• Current BLS certification required
• Minimum 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience required
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
• No certifications expiring within first 30 days of start
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this travel position
• Local candidates within 50 miles will not be considered
• RTO requests must be less than one week
• Candidates who worked as permanent staff at this health system within the past 2 years will not be considered
