Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an ICU position at a regional academic medical center in Huntington, WV, requiring a minimum of 2 years of critical care experience and night shift availability.
Details
- Position is in the ICU of a 303-bed regional academic medical center serving patients across West Virginia, eastern Kentucky, and southern Ohio
- Night shift schedule: 19:00–07:00 (3x12-hour shifts)
- 22-week contract with coverage extending through the winter holiday season
- Cerner EMR experience is highly preferred
Requirements
- Active WV or Compact RN license required
- Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS)
- Minimum 2 years of critical care (ICU) experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience preferred
- Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration
- Two professional references required for consideration
