Description

American Traveler is seeking a compassionate RN for a Home Health & Hospice position in Vermont, requiring an active VT RN license and at least one year of prior clinical experience.

Details

Home health and hospice setting serving clients of all ages across Caledonia and southern Essex counties in Vermont
Daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, with possible weekend shifts
12-week contract

Requirements

Active Vermont RN license (VT or Compact) currently in hand
Minimum of 1 year of prior clinical nursing experience required

Additional Information

Responsibilities include client admissions, nursing evaluations, and care plan development
Works collaboratively within a team of homecare professionals and paraprofessionals to deliver coordinated patient care

That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
