Description
American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with active ARRT (NM) certification and recent Nuclear Medicine experience for a travel contract at an acute care hospital in Florida.
Details
- Nuclear Medicine department in the main building of a 435-bed acute care hospital
- General Nuclear Medicine procedures performed
- GE Discovery imaging equipment used
- Meditech EMR system
- Day shift position with 2 staff members on days
- On-call required from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, 4 days per week
Requirements
- Active ARRT (NM) certification required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted; must not expire within the first 30 days of assignment start)
- Minimum 6 months of Nuclear Medicine experience within the last 6 months
- Active license required if applicable
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- Two professional references required (Florida-based position)
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible

- Perform all general Nuclear Medicine procedures
- Black scrubs required
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
