Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Emergency Department position in Rocky Mount, NC, requiring at least 1 year of RN experience and active NC or compact RN licensure.
Details
- Work in the Emergency Department of an acute care hospital setting
- PM shift, 12-hour shifts
- COVID-positive patients are included in the patient population
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- 17-week contract
Requirements
- Active RN license in NC or a compact state currently in hand
- Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience required
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- 2 professional references covering at least 1 year of employment within the last 3 years
- SSN required for consideration
Additional Information
- Provides professional nursing care to assigned patients in accordance with prescribed medical regimens and hospital policies
- Practice is accountable to the North Carolina Board of Nursing under the NC Nursing Practice Act
- Candidates must reside 50 or more miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
