Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery position requiring intermediate or advanced AWHONN fetal monitoring certification and a valid NC or compact RN license.
Details
- Work is performed in a hospital Labor & Delivery unit
- Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active NC or compact RN license required
- Minimum 2 years of recent L&D nursing experience required
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC accepted) required; certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the assignment start
- Intermediate or advanced AWHONN fetal monitoring certification (or NCCEFM) required
- NRP Advanced 9th Edition (American Academy of Pediatrics) required
- US SSN and date of birth required for consideration
- No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
Additional Information
- Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility; local candidates are not eligible
- One professional reference required (two required if licensed in Florida or Missouri)
