Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced PACU RN for a 13-week travel contract in New Albany, OH, working day shifts with on-call requirements.

Details

PACU setting within a hospital environment
Day shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Scheduled shift days: Mon/Tue/Wed or Mon/Tue/Thu
Weekday call: 10-hour shifts from 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM
Weekend call: 24-hour shifts from 5:00 AM – 5:00 AM
Nurses are not required to be on-site during call if there are no active cases

Requirements

Active OH RN license or compact RN license required
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association) required
Current ACLS certification (American Heart Association) required
NIHSS certification preferred
Prior PACU experience required

Additional Information

Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
