Description
American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cardiac Cath Lab position requiring recent specialty experience and Cerner proficiency.
Details
- Cardiac Cath Lab setting
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:45am-7:15pm on a deferred schedule with 12-hour day shifts
- 3 shifts per week for a total of 36 guaranteed hours weekly
- No on-call responsibilities
Requirements
- Active RN license (GA or Compact) currently in hand
- Current certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) through AHA
- Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the cardiac cath lab specialty
- Cerner EMR experience required
Additional Information
- Must work 2 of the 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day) and 1 minor holiday (Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, or New Year's Eve)
- Does not accept local candidates within a 50-mile radius
- Returning perm staff must have a 2-year break before returning as a non-local traveler
- RTO must be requested upfront and cannot be requested after an offer is made
