Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced NICU RN for a Level III Neonatal ICU position requiring at least 2 years of specialty experience and NRP certification.
Details
- 8-bed Level III NICU setting with in-house Neonatologist coverage 24/7
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 19:00–07:30
- Every other weekend requirement
- No floating required
- No on-call requirements
- Holiday coverage required for one summer holiday, one winter evening, and one winter night based on facility need
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Active PA RN license or compact RN license required
- Current BLS and NRP certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Copies of certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers are welcome to apply
- Scrubs are provided by the facility
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility are accepted but at a different pay rate
- No charting system experience requirement — any EMR background is acceptable
