Description

American Traveler is seeking a Mammography Technologist with active ARRT (M) certification and CA Mammography license for a 28-week travel contract in the San Diego area.

Details

Outpatient medical office setting in the San Diego area
Performs screening and diagnostic mammography procedures
May float to other San Diego area facilities
8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday
40 hours per week
Uses Epic EMR

Requirements

Active CA Mammography license and ARRT (M) certification required at time of consideration — license required if applicable
Minimum of 200 mammography studies completed within the last two years
15 CEUs in breast imaging completed within the last three years
Proof of formal education program required
Experience in both screening and diagnostic mammography required
Experience with stereotactic biopsy and needle localizations is a plus
Last 4 digits of SSN and DOB required for consideration

Additional Information

Local candidates are accepted and eligible for the same rate as traveling candidates
Travelers who have previously worked on assignment at this facility may not exceed two years total (with or without gaps of less than 3 months) without taking at least 90 consecutive days off between assignments
