Description

American Traveler is seeking an MRI Technologist with 3+ years of neurological MRI experience to work in a pediatric hospital setting in Florida.

Details

Pediatric MRI department at an acute care hospital
Performs complete and diagnostic MRI studies for radiologist interpretation, including neurological cases
MRI contrast administration with IV required
Experience with Siemens Vida and Sola MR scanners
Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (4x8 day shifts)

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of MRI experience with a focus in Neuro
ARRT (R)(MR) certification required
Active Florida MRI license required if applicable
BLS certification through the AHA required
Completion of an AMA Radiologic Technology program
High school diploma, GED, or college degree required
Proficiency with IV skills for contrast administration
Experience with Siemens Vida and Sola MR scanners required
Experience at a comparable large acute care facility (500+ beds) preferred
SSN and DOB required for consideration
1 professional reference required for consideration

Additional Information

Performs diagnostic MRI studies of pediatric patients for radiologist interpretation
Local candidates are accepted at the same rate

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish.
