Description
American Traveler is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) with adult critical care and ED experience for a night shift travel assignment at an acute care hospital.
Details
- Hospital-based respiratory therapy unit
- Adult critical care and emergency department patient population
- Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 18:45–07:30
- No on-call required
- Special equipment includes Hamilton G5, PB 980, Respironics V60, Optiflow, Lumis TX, Cough Assist, Vest, and IPV
- 13-week contract
Requirements
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential required
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Valid state license required if applicable
- Minimum 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy specialty required
- Adult critical care and emergency department experience required
- 2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration
- Copies of certifications required for consideration
Additional Information
- First-time travelers will be considered for this position
- Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be accepted but at a different pay rate
- Dark grey scrubs required
