Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Labor & Delivery position in North Carolina, requiring a valid NC or compact RN license and at least one year of relevant L&D experience.

Details

  • Labor & Delivery (L&D) unit in a hospital setting
  • Day shift schedule: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (3x12-hour shifts)
  • Shifts are Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
  • EMR: MEDITECH (experience not required)
  • 13-week contract

Requirements

  • Active NC RN license or compact RN license currently in hand, with no disciplinary actions
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Minimum of 1 year of current, relevant L&D/OB nursing experience
  • Two professional references required for consideration
  • Work history documentation covering the past 3 years required for consideration

Additional Information

  • 2 years of L&D experience preferred
  • Travel nursing experience preferred

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, and I always knew what the next step was, i never felt like i was left in the dark. One of my favorite things has been how communicative everyone is. Whether it’s my recruiter, Amanda, or Iranna from payroll, I always get a quick response when I have a question. It’s nice working with a team that actually follows up and keeps you in the loop. Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
