Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an ICU position in Clarksville, TN, requiring a minimum of 2 years of ICU experience and prior travel nursing experience.
Details
- 21-bed ICU in a hospital setting
- Patient population includes adults (18+) with conditions such as ARDS, pneumonia, cardiogenic shock, and alcohol/substance withdrawal
- Patient ratio of 1:2
- 12-hour night shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM, 36 hours per week
- Schedule is determined by the unit and must remain flexible to meet staffing needs; no block scheduling offered
- Weekend shifts are required
- Floating to Stepdown and ED as needed
- EMR: Cerner
- Navy scrubs required
Requirements
- Active TN RN license or compact RN license currently in hand at time of consideration
- Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certifications required
- Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required
- Prior travel nursing experience required
Additional Information
- Candidates residing within 75 miles of the facility are accepted, though a different pay rate applies for local candidates
- A video interview is required prior to a hiring manager offer
- Charge nurse duties are not required for this role
