Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Inpatient Rehab RN with traumatic brain injury experience and a BSN for a night shift contract position requiring a PA or compact RN license.

Inpatient rehabilitation hospital setting
Adult and geriatric patient population
Average daily census of 12 patients
Typical patient ratio of 1:4-6
TBI and general rehab cases
Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts (7p-7a)
Every 3rd weekend required (Saturday and Sunday)
Holiday coverage required for Labor Day, Thanksgiving, or Christmas
No floating required
No on-call requirements
Charting system: Epic

Requirements

Active PA RN license or compact RN license required
BSN required
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of inpatient rehab experience required
Traumatic brain injury (TBI) experience required
Med/surg experience preferred
Epic EMR experience preferred
2 professional references from a supervisor within the past 2 years required for consideration

Additional Information

Navy blue scrubs required
Candidates residing within 50 miles of the facility may be considered but at a different pay rate
RTO requests must be submitted at time of application — requests submitted after will not be accepted
