Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Interventional Radiology (IR) position in Cedar Rapids, IA, requiring a minimum of 30 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience and active Epic EMR proficiency.

Details

• Hospital-based Interventional Radiology unit with 9 beds
• Patient population includes prep/post-care for vascular and IR procedures
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3
• Monday through Friday, day shift schedule with 5x8-hour shifts flexing between 0600–1000 start times and 1800 end time, 40 hours per week
• No on-call or weekend requirements
• Epic EMR in use; experience required

Requirements

• Active Iowa RN license or compact RN license required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required (AHA-issued)
• Minimum 30 months of interventional vascular/IR lab experience in a hospital or medical center setting required
• Pre- and post-op/recovery experience required
• Epic EMR experience required
• Cardiac Cath Lab (CCL) experience in a hospital or medical center setting highly preferred
• Driver's license required for consideration
• Supervisory performance evaluation or professional reference from within the past 24 months preferred for consideration
