Description

American Traveler is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist with at least 1 year of experience for a Rehab Therapy Services position at an inpatient hospital setting in Miles City, MT.

Details

• 13-week contract in a Rehab Therapy Services unit at an inpatient hospital facility in Miles City, MT
• Day shift, 5x8-hour shifts per week (40 hours/week)
• Epic used for charting
• Ultrasound experience preferred
• Pediatric (Peds) experience preferred for at least one candidate

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent PT experience, preferably in a clinic setting
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution required; Doctorate (DPT) preferred
• Current, active state PT license required (license required if applicable)
• Current BLS certification (AHA) required; must not expire prior to assignment start
• ACLS (AHA) preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR
• DOB and last 4 digits of SSN required for consideration

Additional Information

• Responsibilities include assessing and evaluating patient care needs related to functional status, mobility, endurance, pain, and other medical conditions, developing individualized treatment plans, performing interventions, and monitoring patient progress
• Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, and analytical skills required
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Former permanent staff must have been separated from any Intermountain facility for at least one year before being eligible for a travel assignment
• All AHA certifications must be active and valid through the start of the assignment
