Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for an Emergency Department position at a Critical Access Hospital in Vermont, requiring active BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications.

Work in the Emergency Department of a Critical Access Hospital
Night shift with varied scheduling
13-week contract

Requirements

Active VT RN license or Compact RN license required
Required certifications: BLS/BCLS, ACLS, PALS (or ENPC), TNCC, and NRP — all must be active prior to contract start, or a booked course must be scheduled at time of Clinical Orientation
Emergency Room nursing experience preferred

Additional Information

Provides age-specific, direct patient care using the Nursing Process within established Standards of Patient Care
Assumes leadership responsibilities including delegation to other levels of staff
Must maintain compliance with all applicable state and federal healthcare laws, regulations, and policies
