Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced ICU RN for a night shift travel contract at a hospital in Vallejo, CA, requiring an active CA RN license and at least one year of recent critical care experience.

Details

• ICU (Intensive Care Unit) setting at an acute care hospital in Vallejo, CA
• Night shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (12-hour shifts)
• 36 hours per week
• 13-week contract
• EMR: Epic

Requirements

• Active CA RN license required; must be active at time of consideration (pending licensure not accepted)
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; must be active at time of consideration
• Minimum 1 year of recent full-time ICU/critical care experience within the last 3 years
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• BSN or related degree preferred
• 2+ years of recent ICU experience preferred
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification preferred
• CCRN preferred
• Dialysis, SLED, or equivalent experience preferred
• Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration

• Local candidates are accepted; local and travel rates are the same
• Per Kaiser Permanente's HR Tenure Policy, contingent workers may not exceed two years of total assignment time without a 90-day break, regardless of continuity or lapses of less than three months
