Description
American Traveler is seeking a Physical Therapist with occupational medicine experience for a 13-week contract in Sacramento, CA.
Details
- Outpatient medical office setting with a focus on occupational medicine
- Monday through Friday schedule, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM (8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week)
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Active CA PT license required (license required if applicable)
- Occupational medicine experience required
- Epic EMR experience preferred
- All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration — pending licensure is not accepted
- Last 4 digits of SSN and date of birth required for consideration
Additional Information
- Local candidates are accepted and are eligible for the same rate as travel candidates
- Candidates who have previously worked at this facility should be aware that contingent workers may not exceed two years of assignment time without a 90-day break in between assignments
