Description

American Traveler is hiring a Nuclear Medicine Technologist with PET/CT experience for a 13-week travel assignment at a Level I trauma center and magnet hospital in Columbus, OH.

Details

  • Hospital-based nuclear medicine department at a Level I trauma center and magnet hospital
  • Common procedures include cardiac studies, HIDA scans, bone scans, thyroid scans, and other nuclear medicine scans
  • Equipment includes Siemens Symbia T6 SPECT/CT, two Siemens Ecams, and one GE Discovery 64-Slice PET/CT
  • Epic EMR
  • 5x8 day shifts, Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
  • Holidays assigned as needed
  • Call schedule includes every 5th weekend and 4–6 evening call shifts per month

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience
  • Associate's Degree required
  • ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification required
  • Ohio Department of Health Nuclear Medicine license required if applicable
  • BLS required
  • IV training required
  • PET/CT experience required

Additional Information

  • Charcoal grey scrubs required
  • Candidates must reside more than 100 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
  • First-time travelers are not mentioned as eligible — relevant experience is emphasized
