Description

American Traveler is hiring a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray for a 13-week travel contract working weekend day shifts, with first-time travelers welcome to apply.

Details

Acute care hospital setting serving ED, outpatient, and inpatient populations
Procedures include X-rays, portables, chest, abdomen, C/T/L spine, shoulder, and upper and lower extremity imaging
Equipment includes Shimadzu and Siemens systems
Epic EMR experience is not required but is a plus
Daily caseload of approximately 125 patients on weekdays and 75 patients on weekends
3x12-hour day shifts on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday from 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
No on-call requirements

Requirements

Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Radiology Technologist
Current ARRT(R) and BLS certifications required
Active state license required if applicable
Two professional supervisory references from within the past 2 years required for consideration
Full 7-year work history with all gaps explained required for consideration
All certifications must be active at time of consideration

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish. Amanda has been awesome throughout my assignment. She checks in regularly with a call or text just to see how things are going and make sure I don’t need anything. That level of support has really stood out to me. I’m rly happy I chose American Traveler for my first assignment, and I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again.
