Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Labor & Delivery RN for a 13-week travel contract in Massachusetts, requiring an active MA RN license and L&D experience.
Details
- Hospital-based Labor & Delivery unit (5 South)
- 36-hour rotating schedule with day and night shifts (7:00a–7:30p or 7:15p–7:15a) based on unit needs
- Rotating every other weekend required
- Rotating holiday coverage required
- EMR: Epic (charting system used on unit)
Requirements
- Active MA RN license required — no pending or conditional licenses accepted
- Certifications required: BLS (AHA only), NRP (AHA only), and MGB EFM (AWHONN, 2-year renewal)
- Prior Labor & Delivery nursing experience required
- Flu vaccine required; no religious or medical exemptions accepted
- License verification via both NURSYS and BON required
- 2 professional references required for consideration
Additional Information
- Timekeeping system: UKG/Kronos
- No validated parking available at Boston location; public parking rates range from $17–$22 daily; public transportation is available
- Local candidates residing within 60 miles of the facility are eligible but will receive a reduced pay rate
- RTO requests must be disclosed at the time of consideration
