Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a 13-week Med/Surg Telemetry travel assignment in Cleveland, OH, requiring at least 18 months of recent experience and an active OH or compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg Telemetry (MS/Tele) unit in a hospital setting
• Night shift schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
• 13-week contract
• Epic EMR experience required
• ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation, with a passing score required on both

Requirements

• Active OH RN license or compact RN license currently in hand
• Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification must be obtained prior to start
• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Proficiency with Epic EMR required
• One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the same specialty required for consideration
• Valid driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration

Additional Information

• Travelers must work at least every other holiday
• After 18 consecutive months at any Cleveland Clinic location, travelers must wait a minimum of 6 months before beginning another assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
