Description

American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Clinical Care Leader (Utilization Review) position in a post-acute/LTC management setting, requiring ND or compact RN licensure and at least 2 years of experience.

• Post-acute care setting, long-term care (LTC) management unit
• Clinical Care Leader role focused on utilization review
• 8-hour day shifts, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
• On-call coverage required every 5th weekend
• Uses Point Click Care (PCC) EMR
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Active ND or compact RN license, must be in hand at time of consideration — pending licensure not accepted
• Current BLS certification required; copies of active certifications required (pending certifications not accepted)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required — no exceptions
• Driver's license required for consideration
• 2 professional references required: one supervisor from within the last 12 months and one peer or supervisor from within the last 3 years, both must include dates of employment and eligibility for rehire

Additional Information

• Candidates must reside more than 80 miles from the facility to qualify for travel pay rates; local candidates within 80 miles may be considered at a different rate
• A unit manager interview may be required as part of the selection process
