Description
American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist with 2+ years of independent MRI experience in an acute care facility to work an 8-hour rotating day/evening schedule.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting within the MRI department of a 75-bed facility
- Day/Evening rotating shifts: Mondays 7:00 AM-3:30 PM, Tuesday-Thursday 3:30 PM-12:00 AM
- 32 hours per week over a 13-week assignment
- Average daily caseload of 2 units, 30-35 cases per day
Requirements
- ARRT certification required
- BLS-AHA certification required
- Minimum of 2 years independent MRI experience in an acute care facility required
- MA license required if applicable
- Flu vaccine documentation required during flu season
Additional Information
- Orientation typically lasts 3-4 days and occurs weekly
- Any color scrubs permitted
- Candidates must be separated from the health system for 6+ months and in good standing to be considered
- COVID vaccine plus booster and flu vaccine required, with medical exemptions allowed
- Local candidates are not accepted; candidates must reside outside a 50-mile radius
- First-time travelers will be considered
