Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel Ultrasound Technologist / Sonographer for a freestanding emergency department (FSED) imaging unit, requiring a minimum of 2 years of recent experience in the specialty.

Details

Position is based in an FSED Imaging unit within a hospital setting in Kissimmee, FL
12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
13-week contract

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience in ultrasound/sonography, with active experience within the last 6 months
Active and applicable state license required if applicable
BLS certification required (AHA or ARC accepted); certifications must not expire within the first 30 days of the start date
US SSN and date of birth required for consideration — Canadian SSNs are not accepted
Two professional references required (as this position is in Florida)
No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Additional Information

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility — local candidates are not eligible for this position
This is a travel position; local candidates will not be considered under any circumstances

I couldn’t have asked for a better experience for my first travel assignment. American Traveler has made the entire process feel easy from start to finish.
